Planning around new construction and renovations
Many Northern Virginia projects are part of a larger renovation. Flooring should go in after drywall, painting primer and any wet trades are finished, and once the HVAC is running so the house is at normal living humidity. We coordinate dates with your general contractor, and for engineered hardwood we take moisture readings of both the wood and the subfloor on the day of installation.
