The look of stone, the feel of cork
Stone and concrete floors look sharp but feel cold and hard, and they amplify noise. Stone Natural prints a stone texture onto a cork-based floor, so the room reads as tile or microcement while the floor underfoot stays warm and quiet. It is a good match for modern kitchens and open living areas in newer DC condos and Northern Virginia townhouses.
A finish without PVC
Wicanders protects the surface with its NPC (Natural Power Coat) finish, which it describes as PVC-free, and rates the floor use class 33 for demanding residential and commercial areas. Like every cork floor, it can dent under sharp point loads, so we specify felt pads and wide casters.
